" I2 Fitness 6 week challenge has been an amazing experience for me! I thought this first 6 week challenge was not going to work for me, but ends up it was not as hard as I thought it would be. Alex has been an amazing coach has inspired and supported me along the way! Before I was always concentrating on the number in the scale and Alex helped me realize as you are building muscle and the number might not go down a lot but you are loosing that fat and you do see and feel the difference! I have lost 5% body fat in my first six weeks with the meal plan (recipes are absolutely delicious) and the three day a week workouts I feel amazing! In the past, I struggled to take my health seriously. As a big guy who’s lost both parents to weight-related illnesses, I knew I didn’t want the same for my kid. I started at another gym on my own, but my efforts weren’t consistent. I lost some weight but felt like I needed something to push me harder.
One night, while scrolling, I came across the six-week challenge at i2 Fitness. I thought, why not? I signed up, and Alex gave me a call. We chatted, and I came in to check out the gym. I loved the energy Alex brought, and we set a goal for the challenge. I was ready to crush it!
The journey wasn’t easy. The day after I signed up, I had a rough day at work and gained two pounds right off the bat. But I stayed determined. I stuck to my workouts and locked in on my food. Slowly but surely, the weight started coming off.
The challenge landed during my birthday and Thanksgiving, so I knew mental toughness would be key. I put in extra workouts before my birthday and stayed focused on my nutrition. I made it through, and I’m happy to say I crushed my goals for the six weeks!

Our transformation programs can include group training, small group training, individual training, virtual/online coaching, professional exercise programming, nutrition plans, open gym, recovery, and more! No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
Absolutely not! The length of your membership is based on your goals and where you’re at now. 12 and 24 month memberships are NOT client-centric and our gym is all about our clients and their success!
